Gianni Herrera, a Transaction Coordinator working with Citi Homes Realty, Inc. since 2017. From beginning the contract up to closing, it is her duty to provide follow up calls to clients and give assistance on the first, third and fourth month after closing. She also performs other clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and organizing files alongside customer service duties to meet the needs of clients and visitors.
